made an appointment which apparently someone messed up (even though i had full confirmation) because when i arrived they didn’t have me in the system. made the appointment approximately 4 weeks prior. they wouldn’t see me said they could schedule a different time but i would have to find a babysitter. i am a sahm with no family and fiancé who works out of state monday-friday. was met with very unfriendly staff. found a new ob that day and had no issues. 10/10 would never go back after the experience.
Stephanie Hoffman is very rude and unprofessional i will never be back! She cut me off while I was trying to say something and told me to let her speak because she was talking. She was trying to tell my niece something that she did not understand then she laughed it off and said never mind don't worry about what I just said. Never again will we step a foot in their again Ridiculous I'm guardian speak to me!
