When I arrived at my follow up appt., no one was at the front desk. I waited over 5 minutes then sat down. 3 more people came in too. During my in-site overnight sleep study, the technician complained about the equipment while getting me "hooked up." Told how parts have been recalled and they had not received replacement parts yet.
