I brought my 19-month-old to the Fisher-Titus ER at 5:30 AM for sudden wheezing. The initial triage nurse and a secondary nurse both failed to take his temperature or perform a standard stethoscope exam, relying only on a brief visual check. My child sat in respiratory distress for nearly two hours without basic care or a physical baseline. At 7:00 AM, out of concern, I politely requested a form to leave the facility to seek care elsewhere. Only then did the staff fast-track orders. They attempted a chest X-ray first, which I... read more

Awful. Pregnant and not able to see a doctor in a reasonable time. Better off suffering at home or going anywhere else. Waited 1 1/2 hours with one singular person ahead of me, Total of 3 people in the waiting room and no one gets seen. You’re 100% better off making the drive anywhere further. It’s no accident everyone has the same stories about this hospital not taking care of patients.

do not come here for an actual emergency. the staff seems nice n all but we came in because our three month old was having breathing problems n crying alot and they made us wait for so long. thankfully hes okay but i just feel like a 3 month old having breathing problems should have some sort of priority??

Worthless. My brother in law got in a four wheeler accident tonight. He's fine physically (supposedly), but something is clearly wrong with his brain. They asked him what year it was, and he said "2025" - that should've been their first sign. He doesn't remember big events from at least 10 months ago. He doesn't remember his mom passing away last week (at the same worthless hospital), so he just found out for the second time that his mom is no longer with us. My husband tried explaining his SEVERE loss of memory to the nurse... read more

My last review was 5 stars. Natalie, a heavy set blond er nurse, single handedly brought this down 3 stars. I was curled up in pain with 3 herniated disc. She walked in, stabbed me with a needle and shoved a pill in my face. No idea what she gave me. She came back to put in an iv. She didn't ask for my arm or say hello or anything. She walked in and ripped my arm from my body in a violent manner. I said HEY and she said don't talk to me like that. Do you want your medicine or NOT? I let her proceed to handle me in a rough fa... read more
