Worthless. My brother in law got in a four wheeler accident tonight. He's fine physically (supposedly), but something is clearly wrong with his brain. They asked him what year it was, and he said "2025" - that should've been their first sign. He doesn't remember big events from at least 10 months ago. He doesn't remember his mom passing away last week (at the same worthless hospital), so he just found out for the second time that his mom is no longer with us. My last review was 5 stars. Natalie, a heavy set blond er nurse, single handedly brought this down 3 stars. I was curled up in pain with 3 herniated disc. She walked in, stabbed me with a needle and shoved a pill in my face. No idea what she gave me. She came back to put in an iv. She didn't ask for my arm or say hello or anything. She walked in and ripped my arm from my body in a violent manner. I said HEY and she said don't talk to me like that. Do you want your medicine or NOT? Rude people working the front entrance, they actually both left the desk unattended while I and someone else were standing there waiting to get help... they wouldn't let me back to see my mother who i literally drove here and dropped off so I could park the car, came back in and after standing in line with disappearing staff and then being told I can't go back and have to wait till she gets some response on the computer... whatever... my mother literally told you people i was here and I was the one who brought her and would ... read more
This place sounds like a toy company and had a terrible experience in the waiting room waits are crazy this hospital fully staffed and every dr sits around on computers
Absolutely horrible service. Went to ER for severe pain and swelling and released in an hour. They did a worthless x-ray and have to come back for ultrasound. Paid my copay and few hours later condition is much worse. Call ER and they say only I can do is come back as a patient again and pay the copay again. And of course they’ll bill my insurance again. This hospital is a joke
