Friendly staff and no waiting
i have had Dr Harwood 20yrs . now i have Dr, s Shaw i think his name is. did not like the way he tries to push you into something you dont want to do. Doc Harwood knew how to treat people. im looking for another Dr now,
Had to at least put 1 star i would put zero..Dr Shah does not care about patients or the pain they are going thru.. I want Dr Harwood back.. He has said that Dr Harwood was not good at someone the practices he had done.. I will be looking for a new Dr soon!!
Awful place would not recommend Dr Shaw is a awful doctor to work with never listen to patience and always accusing patience of drug abuse do not recommend but I do recommend going to family health services in Norwalk Ohio and he doesn't care about his patience at all and scenes high all the time do not trust him or what he saids
My husband had a follow up appointment here with Dr. Pooja. The nurse who helped him get checked in was rude as all get out about his condition, continuously cut him off, and made him feel stupid for his condition. The nurse practitioner, Dr. Pooja was no better. She was rude to him about what was going on and did not seem 100% accurate and confident on what his dosages for his new medications were. Overall, terrible visit. We are switching offices immediately.
