My baby has croup cough and we expressed that we were very concerned with it and they prescribed us something that our pharmacy didn’t carry so we tried to get ahold of them three different times to figure out something else he could be prescribed and they kept telling us they’d get it figured out and never sent anything else into the pharmacy before they closed so hopefully he doesn’t get any worse throughout the night and we don’t end back up in Akron children’s with our 3 month old infant I don’t understand why you guys c... read more
Over 24 hours and still no news on x-rays. Was asked what do you want. Hmm aren't they supposed to tell us what issues we have and give advice on recovery? Not the patient telling the doctor and telling he or she how much time off or injury should take to heal. Only good thing they done so far was keep a couple good people on staff that still care about folks in Bellevue.
