Very unprofessional and rude. I spoke to David regarding vehicle damage from careless gravel drivers throwing rocks all across my vehicle while stopped at a construction zone and he told me turn it into my insurance, they do not pay for repairs. He then hung up on me, really unprofessional and since my vehicle was stationary in stopped traffic and the gravel truck was flying by at 45 mph, I doubt I was the only one damaged.
