Didn't even get past the gate with this one. Had called twice after getting a referral and the young woman, Canelli, literally talked over me when I was trying to explain that I already had a referral. It was so bad, I had to check my phone to make sure I hadn't muted myself. Absolutely flabbergasted. I emailed her supervisor, Rhonda. No response. I have been a patient at Fisher Physical Therapy in Woodland, CA, for two years, but my recent experience has been disappointing. Despite receiving referrals on March 26, October 3, and November 13, 2024, I have not received any follow-up from the office. I have been assured multiple times that I would be contacted regarding my concerns with water therapy, but I'm still waiting. I recently had The opportunity to go to Dr. Fisher for therapy. I went for six sessions and I can say that I’m very impressed. I had to see it and experience, feel it the high-quality of professionalism and awesome skills. Dr. Fisher found a new problem that my doctor did not see it or other doctors I’ve seen and they did not notice anything. Besides that, Dr. Fisher has great employee that knows what he’s doing unfortunately, I cannot spell his name, but he actually helped me with all pinched nerve in my leg in three spots ... read more
