Incorrect spare parts sent and trying to get in contact with the company took over 2 hours. The phone number on the website does not connect and the chat line extremely slow. I had to ask chat for a phone number to speak with someone and finally received a 1300 #. I have to purchase the correct product and then apparently wait for A FEW DAYS for a return voucher for me to post back and when they finally get the incorrect product returned, they will refund. Purchased a 2 Draw Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher and have had nothing but problems since. We have had technicians out to repair this machine 7 times over the past year and the cost of repairs have been more than we actually paid for the machine. Extremely disappointed with this dishwasher and would definitely not recommend.
Fisher & Paykel Front Loader – WH8560P3 do not recommend this brand! Brand-new washing machine, barely used, after only three washes, it began leaking from the front door mid-cycle due to a faulty rubber seal. No error messages. No overloading.
