Customer service has been falling short recently. We are very much a Fisher & Paykel household but with the way they are conducting themselves with the customer service and products, we are considering a change. Got two stars because the service technicians have been good (haven’t fixed the problem but I’m guessing they are told to not replace a machine/ product anymore despite the young age of it).
I’m very disappointed I sent money for a door seal paid for and was sent the ring seal two big . I Rand and their were nice said their would refund which never happen I just want a new seal I’ll try tomorrow I’m in Sydney
Disgusting service! Four year old front washer door broke, paid $250 in January last year to replace. Just broke again after 18 months…oh sorry only 12 month warranty give us another $250!! It is a failure in the door hinge and the customer pays for their design floors! 🤬
At the beginning of last month, my mother, an elderly woman who requires insulin, purchased a Haier refrigerator. After less than four weeks, the appliance was defective – it no longer cooled.
