Biggest regret was also buying a F&P fridge. Fridge died 6 months out of warranty. F&P only have 5 year warranty on compressor whereas every other fridge manufacturer has 10 years. F&P tried to charge me $200 to look at fridge and will not fix it even though the technician agreed it could be the compressor. This should fall under “implied warranty”. Do yourself a favour and buy another brand that looks after there customers. Clearly there lack of warranty period screams they also have no confidence in their products.
Oven has been an nightmare right from the start. Now two days before Christmas it decides to stop working. Schedule a service to have it rescheduled by some autobot in the new year. Will never ever buy this brand again !!! Shocking product, after sales service and care factor nil !!!!
Lost faith in the company's Reputation and now it's leaking water .what a piece of crap. 3 years old over $1000 never buy new washing machine or any appliances from fisher and paykel.

Product is great until it isn't and you need a spare part... we've been waiting for months for a spare part with no end in sight. Customer service team are in no rush to think laterally or assist.
