Daniel J. Fisher takes his time to explain alternatives related to immigration, and is knowledgeable about the subject. I do not recommend lawyers but in this case, after speaking with Mr. Fisher, Esq. I would recommend him in immigration matters.
I went in for a divorce and spoke with one partner, spoke with another attorney in the firm about bankruptcy options, ended up doing debt negotiations instead of filing for bankruptcy. The firm has attorneys who specialize in specific fields so they know their stuff and were able to handle all my issues and without needing an appointment. They were also able to give me a payment plan which another firm didn't allow, they wanted a credit card or a check for the entire amount.
