Country Care formerly Fisher Lane mobility equipment failed to be transparent. It took adverse pressure to be given a service report that should be given at time of pickup. I did finally receive the report almost a month later. The report failed to detail any faults !. As already noted, I suffered a fall about an hour later. I believe the scooter to be a showroom model - not brand spanking new, The response from Fisher Lane was stretching the truth. I firmly advise anyone to be very cautious when considering a purchase.
I needed some spare parts for my dad’s frame the service I got from the lady’s was unbelievable 10/10 I highly recommend them many thanks
