My partner Tony and I have purchased a number of items from Fisher Lane. The most recent an Alivio Donatello electric recliner chair and back support cushions for Tony. Product Consultant, Dylan McElroy is always extremely helpful and has exceptional knowledge of the Fisher lane products. This time was no exception explaining the features of the Alivio. I had an unidentified issue with my scooter so Ruben came out in the icy cold 4 days later as booked. He was amazing unscrewing the electrics etc to discover this unstoppable high beeping. It defied reason but this awesome tech was not to be defeated. It took about an hour until he finally conquered the problem. I couldn’t believe his determination, professionalism, and cheerfulness. Great communication, phone call to confirm date. Received call in the day to confirm time. Was delivered by a very delivery person.

My experience with Fisher Lane has been very positive. Firstly the support I received in the store was quite professional and I was allowed sufficient time to trial the chair I finally purchased . The delivery person gave me an accurate time frame and was faithful to this. Many thanks
