I am very disappointed with this company. I have not had my car since January 25th 2021. I surrendered my plates through the mail to the Albany DMV office and apparently they lost the plates. I contacted John Fischer and at first they were very understanding of my situation. I tried to surrender the plates through DMV's website, but that did not work either.
