STAY AWAY. That woman working in the front office is hands down the rudest person I have ever met. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this shop. With an attitude like that they obviously do not want to be in business. Absolutely baffled by how rude she was over a set of seals.
Mrs Fisher is very knowledgeable in all things hydraulics and the components that go along with them. I had a damaged tilt cylinder on one of our small pieces of equipment and she and her staff took the time to diagnose it, gave me cost comparisons, and ultimately ended up finding me an affordable aftermarket cylinder replacement as the origional cylinder was damaged beyound reasonal repair cost. Called to get a quote on rebuilding two tilt cylinders when I told the lady I already have the Oem seals she replied “why don’t I rebuild them myself “ . Very disappointed in the customer service with this one . I’ll be taking my business and all future business elsewhere.
Obnoxious woman in the office acted as if my cylinder was of no importance and they had no desire to do a small job unless I plan to pay their price which was about the same as buying a new cylinder online. I will never do business with them again.
They are extremely rude. I called to ask about a couple cylinders i had and though some bad communication on the phone it was decided I needed to bring them in to get pricing. So I did and the lady told me $200 and since I had two cylinders I asked if that was for both or was that for each and then she flipped out saying "do you think im stupid...." and all sorts of things so I just left.
