Obnoxious woman in the office acted as if my cylinder was of no importance and they had no desire to do a small job unless I plan to pay their price which was about the same as buying a new cylinder online. I will never do business with them again.
They are extremely rude. I called to ask about a couple cylinders i had and though some bad communication on the phone it was decided I needed to bring them in to get pricing. So I did and the lady told me $200 and since I had two cylinders I asked if that was for both or was that for each and then she flipped out saying "do you think im stupid...." and all sorts of things so I just left. The way she acted was just absolutely bizarre when all I was trying to do is get clarity and make sure we were on the same page especially... read more
Quoted me 210$ , then charged $388, saying that nut was hard to unscrew and charged 2.5 hours labor ( 388$), without letting me know about it . Will not come back
