Bob put in our septic system almost 4 years ago. We are having problems with it and we cannot get a hold of him! We call his place of business which has the same voice mail, we hear nothing! We call him on his cell, we hear nothing! We have had to find a different company to fix the problem HE created! Very disappointing!! Do better!
Update!! I have tried emailing and calling Bob over the last several weeks and have not received a call or email in return. Very disappointing as he had been great to work with in the past. Bob was great to work with. Returned every phone call and took the time to explain everything to us. I would highly recommend using his services.
Bob is a beast and saved the day with a last minute septic install for our new build in Johnstown (despite his incredibly booked schedule). He worked us into his schedule and came out with a whole crew and tons of heavy equipment to knock the entire job out in one very long day. He also offered options to save us money (like scraping other parts of our property for topsoil instead of paying to bring some in).
