The person attending the phone does not speak well English and it is very frustrating. Asked me to send all details by email, seriously? I requested to speak to a person that knows the matter and she is like not recognizing that she can not even is able to take notes, she should transfer me to someone. Be able to identify this quickly can prevent so much frustration for customers.
