Extremely disappointed with the customer service. We ordered a brand new SUV with this dealer, we expressed when we ordered the vehicle we'd like to trade in our SUV for a trade in value of what we owed. Salesmen and manager said not a problem we can do that, discussed what that number would be and they agreed. Waited FIVE months for the vehicle, go in to sign docs and pick up vehicle only to be told they can't match what we owe on the vehicle.
