We bought flooring from them. I love the flooring, the problem is the installation. First they left a huge mess on my porch. Some how they stained it and left rings on it. Second they left gaps where you can see the tongue and groove, glue coming out of the seems, scratched it in 1 spot,and the transition to my garage is a piece of flooring they cut. It looks terrible. So over all flooring is nice installation is terrible.

Well, I guess the easiest place to start would be that our cabinets are not well made. They feel cheap and aren't holding up well. But to add to that, our master closet island wasn't painted the correct color. They initially forgot to install a piece of trim work in our kitchen, and couldn't even figure out why everything was so off center at first, only to realize their mistake. They installed the wrong quartz in one of our bathrooms, as well as the wrong type of sinks in two bathrooms, so those had to be ripped out and rep... read more
