Was hired for small 6 week assignment hit a deer this morning did everything right called and was let go on the spot like I hit a deer not playing hooky or anything and I get let go
If their employees are as juvenile and judgemental and overtly despise people because of their financial status as Jason Hemm and he’s just a CNC operator, a machine I actually know how to repair, I wouldn’t want to trust my fabrication to them in case he gets a hold of my property, has a hissy fit and destroys it.
I just left there because I was sexually harassed by another employee. and their conclusion is oh we will just write both of you up. and you guys will have to deal with each other stop making the environment safe for me anymore. you as a company I'd laughed at by every other company I have talked to you would automatically let that person go and create a safe environment especially after that person hands already proven that they are not responsible reliable or anything else. also you guys need to learn to stop punishing tho... read more
