they never respond to email, hard to communicate with, I was paying them along with my husband yet they never addressed me when I was asking questions or sending messages. infuriating attitude for this era esp coming from a woman (Ms Ames).
NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS I called them up and explained that my taxes had gotten more complicated this past year, and after telling them that I had always done my own in the past, they said they are no longer accepting new clients.
