People were super friendly & helpful but kept getting bad parts
During a rain storm I noticed I had a windshield wiper missing. I went to another auto parts store and they didn't have wipers for my car. I stopped in Federated and was greeted in a cheerful manner by Craig. He searched for my wipers, found that they had them in stock, I paid, and then he offered to put them on my car, DURING A RAINSTORM, at no cost. After being first ignored and finally treated dismissively at Autozone in North Hampton, I entered Fisher Auto Parts in Hampton. What a different experience there. I was immediately greeted by a most personable gentleman. After learning what I needed.... a battery for my Honda CRV key fob... he got a battery, put it in my fob, checked to see that it worked on my car, and quoted me a price markedly cheaper than Autozone. In under 5 minutes I left Fisher Auto Parts a most satisfied customer. I also bought an extra battery.
