I was surprised how quickly Eric could get the replacement windshield for me, and get it installed. I watched him do the work (he came to my office) and he knows tons of tricks that he used to do the replacement quickly and cleanly, paying great attention to ensuring my satisfaction. I'd definitely want him to do the job again if I ever need to.
Tough yet tender, Eric is the epitome of a southern gentleman. He worked fastidiously on my Camry and shared golden nuggets of wisdom while doing so. Such a great interaction!
