Half-assed work, poor quality all in an effort to increase profits. Asked to have the issue fixed and didn't return. Poor communication. Save yourself a headache and find a different screen company. Interesting the owner responded who are you again? Yeah, didn't know your customer when they asked you to return to fix a shitty install after telling their customer, who doesnt know better because they dont do the type of work, that the poor workmanship would be sturdy and solid. I had 5 lower screen panels in my pool cage that my kids popped out throwing balls around the pool. One of those "I need to get this fixed" but just never got around to it. I drove by Scott and his crew rescreening a neighbors enclosure and asked if he could stop by and take a look after I explained the scope of work. Its probably a small job and many screen contractors might have just ignored the request, but Scott and his crew stopped by as promised and replaced all five screens in under an hour.
