After the sticker shock I received from another orthodontist and the cold services, fishbein has been such a breath of fresh air to deal with and experience. They are courteous, knowledge, and they provide me with the personal touch that most patients would like to receive instead of feeling like a paycheck. Couldn't have asked for a better orthodontist!

Appointments regularly don’t start until at least 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Front desk staff is often abrupt and unhelpful. We missed the second to last apointment due to illness and when I called to reschedule I was assured by the front desk staff that it was just a check up apointment and there was no need to reschedule.
