Placed and order for parts for my trolling motor only to discover I had ordered the wrong part number, my mistake, called, talked to Mike and found the part i needed was out of stock. Mike gave me the factory phone number, correct part number and cancelled my order within 5 minutes. Outstanding customer service!!!!!!!!
Ordered walker downrigger parts Sunday afternoon. .I received no conformation order was processed. .I called tues afternoon. .they said yes we got your order and it will be processed asap..well it's Wednesday now and still nothing...I also paid extra to ship quicker..I don't understand what the problem is..
