I had a great time visiting this store for the first time. They offer a to taste everything and I was very comfortable ordering knowing what I liked. Highly recommend!
Great smoked salmon
Recently (9/9/25) I picked up some fish I caught , Chinook Salmon & Brown Trout, that I took to this establishment to have smoked. I normally smoke it myself or take it to a well known smoke house in Chicago, however,this place was highly recommended by a good friend. So I decided to give them a try. I pictured this fishery to be somewhat different. I didn't realize it was Polish. It was good, but it had different flavoring that just a fishery that smokes everything.
