I pictured this fishery to be somewhat different. I didn't realize it was Polish. It was good, but it had different flavoring that just a fishery that smokes everything.
Hands down The best ! They let you sample meats so you can decide what best fits your pallet! I froze mine a made tonight with fried potatoes .. oh yum ! Will be back , with a cooler for more .
My new favorite food store in all of Chicagoland, and one of the best anywhere. You have to try it!
