Chase has been such a great swim instructor! My son has hated putting his head under the water, which is a big reason we have had trouble teaching him how to swim. He usually gets hysterical when his head goes under the water but he has been very trusting here. He usually dreads going and getting in the water but he is always so excited afterwards lol!
Absolutely terrible. Stay away. Huge turnover in instructors. My son had a different instructor each class so he was unable to comfortable. Most of the instructors are very new or in training. My son was in a toddler class with one other boy and 3 instructors. Nobody else was in pool at the time. The instructors had no idea my son came off the wall and was under water. This place is a scam. I asked them back in May in person to be removed from the classes that we weren’t coming back we only did two classes and one was a trial class. The girl said she was taking me out of the classes and refunded me. Now they are charging me for June and July and i haven’t even been there since May. I can’t get ahold of them to ask for a refund because apparently now they are using another company to take their calls. Extremely disappointing as we have had 3 cancelations this month. I signed up for every Saturday in June and I’ve only been to 1 as they have canceled the others. They had us prepay for something that wasn’t even available and every time I go to reschedule, because of their mismanagement of staff, there are no openings. I’ve called and texted multiple times and they have not answered. Corporate told me they would get back to me with a solution in 48 hours and I have yet to hear back. Friendly staff and super clean facility. My son enjoys his weekly classes and has lost his fear of water.
