Rudeness on the phone and the salesman lost you a sale. No one was impatient and we understand there were people there before us but hanging up on a client bc I stopped her to say my husband would talk with someone bc I don’t know squat about a boat isn’t rude. And the man yelling mam and I have a customer was rude. We rented from pier 68. We got a better boat. They were courteous and put us right on the fish. So rude never pays off and didn’t ruin our vacation bc we found a better site 😉
RecommendedRay was very friendly and helpful. He explained the boat and gave us a few good fishing and snorkeling spots. The boat itself ran great. Ray made our vacation to the Keys wonderful! We will definitely rent from him again!
