Had a showing with Shannon Stubbs, not only has she not created her own profile on their website(which is odd, because why wouldn't you to market yourself) which made our lender weary, but when speaking with our lender she said the process Shannon put us through was odd because she didn't seem to be trying to get our papers going fast enough....instead she waits, shows the property to someone else...waits til 12:30am to send us papers and failed to call us as agreed to see if we wanted to make a counter offer....I get the ma... read more
