I closed on my house where the seller was represented by fish. We found out they were family members. My agent struggled with the lack of communications, the seller or the agent lied and had no closing costs money, it should have been sold as a foreclosure. The manager at Edina tried several times to connect with the manager of the realtor from fish, they never responded. This is a company that will scam you and misrepresents.
I am a long-time mortgage consultant and just closed a transaction with Ada Dittberner from Fish MLS as the listing agent. Ada was great to work with from start to finish! She represented her sellers very well, had her ducks in a row on the seller side and was a great communicator. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thanks Ada!!! :)
