To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my disappointment with my experience on Saturday, February 7th, when I reserved two tables at 7:00 p.m. to celebrate my 60th birthday. Because your parking lot was covered in ice and snow, many of my guests had to park at Planet Fitness and along Kirby Road and walk in. They arrived around 7:35 p.m., only to find that our reserved tables had been given away since everyone was not there by 7:30.
