The beach is always pretty clean, and the little trail loop that goes around the main pavilion is perfect distance for a short little walk. The rentals can be a little pricey for even a short time, but it’s well worth it. The large picnic area is nice because you can get some space between tables to chill, eat lunch, or just enjoy the surrounding nature. Thank you Three Rivers for creating such a beautiful park!
Very pretty
The awful leash dog parks are amazing but if you have a timid dog, you should keep him in the small dog park area as the large dog park area is a vast space and there’s plenty of room for error with other dogs. The people are always fun to chat with the beaches are well-maintained and clean. the walking path is well kept also.
