Do not trust their advice if you want your fish to live! Last year I bought a house with a koi pond and 15 healthy fish. The equipment for it was old and rusty, so I went to Fish Farm Supply to replace it. They sold me a filter pump and an expensive fancy aerator. The woman I talked to insisted that I did not need to replace the heater for the pond. She said that the aerator would keep them alive in a suspended state. The turn-around and service level from the Fish Farm Supply team was incredible. They arranged to have my Kasco DeIcer picked up by courier on Friday. It arrived in their shop on Monday. They repaired it same day and immediately resent it back to me by courier. Absolutely incredible service and very cost effective. Great people.
