Don’t pay attention to any poor reviews. I grew up by the beach. Local. Grew up eating seafood my entire life. Lived in california, worked at seafood restaurants. This place is absolutely delicious. Their portions are great, and their prices are the absolute best you will find. If you go into some of the towns expect to pay double their prices, for the same seafood. The crab cake sandwich is a go to. You get two sides…Yes sometimes it’s busy, but it’s summer at the shore. Diamond in the rough. 10/10
Walked in 20 minutes before closing time and ordered for takeout the "Lage Seafood Combo" which on their menu claimed to a generous portion of flounder, shrimp, scallops, deviled clam and crab cake. I didn't realize there was a choice between broiled or fried and they didn't ask which one I wanted. They gave me the fried seafood combo while I really wanted the broiled seafood combo. Stick to the fried platters like the flounder—the seafood pasta was flavorless and bland. Even after taking it home and adding salt, pepper, garlic, and red pepper flakes, it still felt flat and bland. Portions were generous, but really wish I had tried something else :/
