We went to this location for a quick drink and appetizer. When we ordered, the waiter told us they had a new dip on the menu and it would be on the house. When we got our bill, we checked and it wasn't there. When the waiter came back, he said he was so sorry, they charged us for the dip and it couldn't be cancelled.
