Fish bowl pets is a full service pet store.We are owner operated,2 levels,have free parking,& have been in our current location for over 25 years.We sell freshwater & marine fish,live aquarium plants,goldfish,small animals,reptiles,and small birds.Whenavailable we also sell 8 week old kittens.We also sell supplies for all of these plus supplies for dogs &cats.We board animals and preform out of store maintenance both at home and in offices.

RecommendedWe drove an hour and a half to find our new pet here. After much searching it seemed like one in the entire state if CT had any.. My daughter adopted a ferret. Tony was very knowledgeable and helped us with everything we needed to be successful ferret owners! We were treated like family. I love Fish Bowl Pets! They have always been my number one choice for pet related materials since I myself was growing up in Stamford! I even had a few Fish Bowl birthday parties!! Now that I'm an adult, I continue to enjoy coming into the shop to peruse their selection and pick out some goodies for my menagerie of animals. They even sell local art and homegrown plants!! I could go on and on all day but you really must go in and see it for yourself! :)
I have a bearded dragon. He's very finicky. Until I discovered Fish Bowl recently, I never knew whether he'd eat what I gave him. Since I discovered super worms at fish bowl (previously I got them at at Pet Smart), life has been easier. The people here are great. They are smart, knowledgeable and nice. Also, they have many other small animals and fish as well as all supplies needed.
I’ve been going to them since 1982. I’ve always been given the right answers with diagnosing certain things going on with my pets very knowledgeable always a great experience
Great staff amazing animals at. Affordable prices! Always willing to help out also willing to learn! Couldn’t ask for a better mom and pop pet shop

Everybody at Fish Bowl Pets cares deeply about their animals. They are very knowledgeable and they are very good at caring for their animals - the habitats are all incredibly clean, animals look healthy and with all that is in that shop, there is not a whiff of an odor. It is clean and fresh. It has earned the rank of "my go-to place" for small animal and fish needs!
The guidance and expertise offered by the owners has helped us establish a 75 gallon planted fresh water tank. Can’t thank them enough for their personal touch and support!
