Friendly and knowledgeable staff. That aside, in the northeast, I've Probably seen the highest variety of tropical stock in this place
Came here on Saturday for my first time to buy some fish as we are just starting out. Been back today as i wasnt quite sure if my second hand pump was working correctly. The staff are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help u with everything you need to know they have so many varieties of fish and equipment I wouldn't go anywhere else for help and advice
Good shop, very clean, well stocked but getting way too expensive. Recently paid £52 for 14 lemon tetras. Stumbled across another shop today which was equally well stocked, very knowledgable, very clean and i would have only paid £35. Thats quite the difference. Used them for years but like many things since lockdown some people have just got a bit too greedy.
Almost every tank had dead fish inside and was jammed packed with fish. Far far too many fish for the size of the tanks and every single tank was dirty
