Truly a pathetic excuse for a company where you're expected to do ALL your own troubleshooting and tech. They lost their biggest contract due to them never improving anything. 3+ years of required overtime = burnout and zero empathy for when it takes effect. Save your time, go ANYWHERE else. Things never change (for the better) at this dump.

Ugh worse "training" experience I've ever encountered. First few days were okay, everything after went downhill. Gabby the "facilitator" 👎👎is ONLY worried about flirting with the any guy she crosses paths with! Every sup/lead has a horrible attitude, except Miguel!! My training class started with like 9 and I think 3 are still there. If you applied and got hired, RUN FAST! Good luck to the next training class. Fiserv SUCKS!!
Terrible place to work for.
Zero star company with zero accountability for it's employees. Also they like to charge people without reason, last I checked that was fraud. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. It was am expensive lesson for me, but it'll be the most costly transaction they've ever stolen I assure you. The owner clearly took lessons from "The Wolf of Wall Street"
