I’m freaking out
To reach a human customer service agent will take you over 10 mins. Too many options and none include to reach a person directly. Also way to hold a person to your contract even if the business closes under the 4 years. Way to be small business friendly.

Horrifying company. Terrible customer service. They are so disorganized. They keep losing papers and they have to be resent. Keeps charging fees that are not appropriate and then saying they will credit later. It has been months. The equipment is programmed to automatically default to credit and they won't reprogram it to default to debit. They say that their rates are so good because of debit and then send you equipment that doesn't even accept debit. I told them that is fraud. THE WORST! Worst customer service - and let me tell you, you WILL need customer service - to get them to consider reimbursing you for illegally taken fees. Sure, they quote a great rate, but it's all BS.
