Subsidiaries hiding behind subsidiaries. 10 different support numbers, all of them advising you to call the next. If I could give 0 stars I would. Sales rep fraudulently open merchant accounts without telling customers and collect sales commission from them.
Worst company I have ever had to deal with.
They have held our money for 2 weeks with 0 support to get that money deposited. DO NOT BUY THEIR PINPAD
World worst support ever. our entire store was down due to their technical issues.. I called thier support number and their support agent hung on me 7 times as soon as I said Hello. Then the other Indian guy was humming and singing on the phone call. Today is the last day that we will use their pin pad.
