Could not be happier with the fast response time, professional office personnel, and the kind, efficient customer service of the technician that arrive shortly after my emergency call for my elderly parents when their system needed a repair!
NO CALL, NO SHOW. Booked an appointment with a 2 hour window, and took time off of work to be home and available. Reached out to the office to see if technician would be running late and they tried explaining that "since they have so many no heat calls, and since I booked online, my scheduled appointment was actually just a time window for them to reach out and schedule an actual appointment". Spectacularly disappointed. Great marketing, easy schedule process, I blocked out time out of my day for the appointment, then they called to let me know that the "appointment" I booked online wasn't really an appointment and we would need to reschedule. They spent a FORTUNE in marketing getting me to pick up the phone. Then blew it by not setting a "real" appointment online. Too bad. Very disappointing.
These guys are fantastic. My elderly mother needed her heat fixed and they were here within 2 hours. The tech was super helpful and explained all repairs thoroughly. They were very nice to my mother and did all they could to find discounts to bring the bill down. Highly reccomeded for sure. Thanks Fiscor!
Complete bliss! We hired Kevin and the gang to install a new mini split in one of our apartments and it was simple. It was done timely and to perfection. Thanks guys!!
