I was just looking up Dr. Fischman's phone number and saw the one review on here. I'm sorry this reviewer had a negative experience, but I have had only very good experiences. Dr. Fischman is warm, patient, and knowledgeable. My whole family has benefitted.
I would give this woman 0 stars if I could but I am posting this review to warn others to STAY AWAY from this office!!! There are other great mental health professionals for children in Charlottesville and Dr. Fischman is far from one of them. For starters, I had to call her twice to get an initial appointment for my child and it took me a total of FOUR DAYS to get a phone call back from her!!!
