I personally don't live here but I have elderly clients that I visit that live here. If You don't live here your not welcome. The tenants are very rude to you, sometimes verbally aggressive, racially discriminitive, untrusting and outright mean. I wouldn't recommend living here unless it was a last resort and you are a introvert that does not socialize with anyone or you only come out of your house to actually leave the property.
Very quiet! Beautiful view of the river! Management works with you if you fall behind on payments as long as you communicate with them. I have never had an issue with management or any residents. Very nice place to live!!!
Beautiful view of the River!!! Nice pool!! Storm shelter and storage lot if needed. Open lots available.
This park is back to its former glory. The pool is a great treat. There isn't a nicer Mobile Home Park with river views in the area.
