Dr Fischer is a talented communicator, coach and advisor. He provided me with a framework and toolkit to be a more empathetic communicator, especially with my spouse. Leading with an empathetic lens outside the workplace wasn’t necessarily intuitive and Dr Fisher’s guidance, resources and advice led to me being very intentional in how I communicate.
