These guys could've charged me a call out charge to check out my rollershutters that weren't working correctly. Instead Ted was very honest and explained the issue was very common and gave me a few minutes of his time to tell me how to easily fix it myself as he'd already diagnosed that it wasn't a major issue. Now my shutters are working again and intentionally his honesty saved some money as well.
