While I think that Mr. Fischer a nice guy, my decision to hire him led to recommendations he made that ultimately undermined the case causing delays and expenses. As an example, when I hired Mr. Fischer, my case required monitored visits with my children. Mr. Fischer strongly recommended a specific supervisor so I hired her.
