While I think that Mr. Fischer a nice guy, my decision to hire him led to recommendations he made that ultimately undermined the case causing delays and expenses. As an example, when I hired Mr. Fischer, my case required monitored visits with my children. Mr. Fischer strongly recommended a specific supervisor so I hired her. I finally got a restraining order against my longterm boyfriend. It was so scary to do, but consulting with Mr. Fischer gave me the support and confidence I needed to finally do it. I pressed charges against him and Mr. Fischer is representing me in court. I feel so supported and now I am not afraid of the legal system.
