Tried to add $300 /month wouldn't cancel without a bunch of BS gave my account to someone working out of Mitchell, if I wanted a broker in another city I would have went there. Forced to go online and get better deal. Never an agent to answer the phone and rarely a call back,just incoherent voice mails . Waited 2 weeks and found an email from someone I never heard of. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE, unprofessional,poorly staffed.
Jen is the best!! Two phone calls later and my health insurance has been taken care of, a professional and an expert in her trade. Would recommend her to anyone looking for health coverage. Thanks again Jen!
