William Fischer (Fischer LLC) installed a rain gutter system at my house, as well as at a rental unit in my backyard. The result was disastrous. The gutters pooled water for weeks--up to a month. Green algae was flourishing in the stagnant water. The gutters were incorrectly installed with 30 screws—throughout the job--that caused damage to my wood molding. Bill is a stand up guy. He installed our gutters and painted our fascia. We had our roof redone as well, from another contractor, and saw some issues with the shingles around the edge of the roof. The roofer was not helpful and denying being the problem of the issue so we called Bill and he came out on a Sunday. Bill and Jeff (Journeyman) spent all Sunday fixing the other Roofers shoddy work. He is such a stand-up guy and couldnt recommend his business enough.
Employees arrived on time and got right to work. Really friendly and knowledgeable. They completed the Gutter installation in just over 2 hours. They cleaned up and went on to the next. Great company to work with.
Talked with Bill in the morning yesterday about gutters, he said he'd be right over to check it out and give a bid. He never came, and didn't respond to my voicemail I left for him at the end of the day asking what happened. Called him again the next day and he again promised to be right over. Never came! How do you do business like this? You've shown you are unreliable - first time can be a mistake, second time shows carelessness.
