Terrible company. Make the worst marine generator in the industry. Customer support is absolutely terrible and do not stand behind Any of their products. Quick to sell you parts you don’t need.
I had a unfortuate breakdown with the fuel solenoid valve inside my 2024 Mini 12 generator. Robert and his team, took the time to read my emails, and view my photos of the part, and offered to ship the parts needed and provided some extra filters for my next service interval. My Mini 12 is in its 3rd year of the 5 year, Limited Warranty. I would highly recommend Fischer Panda generators.
