Dean said how much better he was than other CPAs including the CPA I was with, after changing a lot in fees making many mistakes getting shuffled around to his different employees, which were new to working for him I was charged for all of it including his mistakes including filling wrong type of tax returns said he would give a large credit off the bill which he did not honor.
