Students stay away! – Kelly Fischer is not only an attorney in Binghamton, but also a landlord. When he was my landlord, he had promised to have the house clean before my roommates and I moved in (it was even in the lease) and he did not. It was disgusting. He promised to always call before entering the house (also in the lease), but came in multiple times without telling any of us.
