Could not get the manager Debra on the phone. Dr arranged stay here 6 weeks out & the manager Debra had to be forced to call us on the day we were supposed to check in! Arrived to check in & doors were locked had to get our drs office involved to find out how to check in. Had to go to hospital ER dept to pick up key for hotel. Was finally able to get into the house & was given a room with NO AC! Which they knew was out. Caretaker called manager Debra & was instructed to give us a box fan!!!! Unacceptable! Staff are all liars. Although this is a part of HANO they'll give you misinformation regarding the Project Based Voucher just to get you off the phone or out of the building. But if you call HANO they'll say "oh, they just told you that." Crazy. Just give direct information.
I visited my niece and fell in love..beautiful spacious adorable home...as far as I know I'll highly recommend checking these homes out.
I feel safe there whenever I go to visit my aunt. There's always security there, the grounds are clean and the people are oh so friendly there. They look out for one another. I'm glad she's there.
