We provide personal medical care directly between the doctor and the patient. Our goal is to collaborate with our patients in their pursuit of health by providing affordable and convenient medical care by a board certified Internal Medicine physician. We are paid directly by our patients (although we recommend that everyone has insurance for major medical expenses) and therefore we can work directly for you, with no red tape. If you are tired, of long waits for a short appointment with your doctor, please give us a call.

We came when our primary care physician moved to this clinic. We love it, it is wonderful to call the doctor and get a real person sometimes the doctor can talk to you right on the spot if he is with a patient he will call you right back. Appointments are usually same day if requested, always next day. The best part NO WAITING. You come in, they take you to a room (no waiting in the back room) you see the doctor. Great service, the staff is fantastic. It has a very boutique feel. This level of attention, care, is not something you find very often.
We are so happy with The Fischer Clinic. To have doctors and nurses who really care and communicate with you is invaluable. It really is the way medical care should be!
We love this clinic. We were new to the area, without insurance and didn’t know where to start. Dr Lapinskes and staff have been awesome. It is nice to call the office and get a live person right away, even if it is the doctor that answers. Very friendly and easy to get along with. And very helpful for the move-ins in the area. Worth the hour drive to see them.
Dr. Zane Lapinskes is providing the best care our family has ever received. We're blown away. We're also saving a lot of money. Thankful for the courage of Dr. Fischer to start this much needed practice.
